Jersey City Museum Advance Screening
Art:21 – Art in the Twenty-First Century
Art:21’s new season features four thematic hours including Structures, which airs on PBS on September 30 and at the museum on August 21. Of the four artists featured in Structures, Roni Horn, Matthew Ritchie, Richard Tuttle, and Fred Wilson, one is from New Jersey - Richard Tuttle was born in Rahway. The screening is one of a series of preview events happening across the country in anticipation of the broadcast of the third season on PBS. Supported by the nonprofit community art organization Art21, community members will have the opportunity to view one of the newest thematic hours featuring contemporary artists discussing their lives, work, and sources of inspiration.
